"The property was beautiful and in a great location to pretty much everything. Our room was exactly as pictured and had the most loveliest view of the cherry blossoms and the Wharf. The staff was amazing, they really went out their way to create a great experience for us, even the doormen/valet guys looked out for us. The only downside I would say is for a luxury hotel, I expected their toilet paper would be two-ply and soft, lol! Other than that, it was a pleasant experience and I look forward...

"This was so disappointing. This was my first time in Washington and the reason I chose this hotel was because of the location and that we would have an apartment. Unfortunately, the apartment was not clean and we didn't feel comfortable. There were a few doors on the wardrobes which we nearly falling off. The bed sheets didn't look clean. The location is perfect but unfortunately there is buidling work next to the apartments so the main entrance is blocked off so you have to walk around the...
