"we wanted a place for our adult children to join us for a holiday. this place was fantastic for the following reasons- great central location, generous spaces for all of us and two living rooms and two bathrooms - really helpful for the six adults in our party. house is very well stocked with everything you could need and has space for dining and relaxing both inside and outside. Beds and couches are very comfortable and this property is an easy walk to shops , river and beach. communication...

"We had a fantastic stay here and already plan to return. The convenient location within walking distance of everything we needed in Portarlington was brilliant, but when not out and about we spent most of our time on the back deck watching the birds enjoy the expansive garden. Family and friends joined us for the weekends, and there was plenty of space for all of us. Thank you, Will and family, for sharing your lovely home."

"We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this beautiful property so close to ocean grove town center.The house is luxurious with a great vibe and has everything you need for a fantastic stay. We enjoyed the pool and sitting outside on the wonderful deck. Watching the sunset from the balcony, relaxing in the Egg chairs. We’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend."

"it was myself and my adult children and partners. I loved the accomodation, it was clean and comfortable. we had beautiful weather and i could have sat on the verandah the whole time looking at the bay. it was a quick walk to cafes and restaurants. I will be back loved it. "

"We had a great family getaway and were very impressed with this property. It was beautiful with big spacious areas, great outdoor area and very clean throughout. Communication with property manager was very straight forward and prompt replies. Would definitely stay again and would recommend to others. Thank you!"

"A rustic cottage with large balcony to enjoy the bushland where we were joined by a local kookaburra and cockatoo. Small view to the water. Bottle of wine to greet us was appreciated. Main bed comfy. Sadly only stayed 1 night out of 3, due to earthworks construction right next door starting at 8am. Not the owner's fault but should advise anyone staying. "

"Clean. Close to the beach. Great record collection but couldn’t get record player working. Lots of DVDs. No smart TV. Couch could do with an update as it’s old with a very low back. Our queen bed was comfy but the single beds could have their mattresses updated.Thank you we did enjoy the long weekend with the best feature being close to the beach. "

"This property was perfect for a weekend stay with all the necessities comfortable beds, functional kitchen bathroom etc. It had loads of character in a working fireplace. We loved it. We really felt at home."
