"Beautiful house in a great location. Courtyard garden great for dogs. Plenty of shady spots. Comfortable beds. Slept like a log (usually dont in a strange bed). Will be back again next year."

"This place was perfect for our family! Enough space for all of us and felt like home. It felt new and modern and very clean inside. The only thing I would mention however we didn’t need to use was the outdoor space. If we were to use it it would have been nice to see that area cleaned too as it would have been quite dirty to walk on bare foot (kitchen upstairs leads out to alfresco dining). However would definitely consider booking again when in Torquay next "

"Only a short visit. A quiet and comfortable holiday house. Great location to the local beach and supermarket for supplies. A good place to use as a base for day trips to Port Phillip Bay or to beaches down the Great Ocean Road.Bring along your own towels, sheets and pillows."

"Our stay at the garden cottage was just what we needed, it was a beautiful little holiday! Great location within Barwon heads yet staying so close to the owners house was unexpected but privacy was fine. Amenities were up to date, clean and functional apart from the towel rail in the bathroom which unfortunately continually broke when we hung our towels on it. "We stayed for two nights at this property, unfortunately leaving early due to very disruptive neighbours. While the house itself has potential, there were several issues that made our stay less than ideal.The property had a lot of rules, which we didn't mind, but there were multiple inconveniences that didn't align with the description or property requirements.
