"This is a great non-chain motel/hotel option in Salida. The rooms have been refreshed with great updated bathrooms! There were apparently satellite troubles when we were there and the front desk didn't know how to reset the TV so we had no TV - either for the evening or the next morning. This also seemed to slow down WIFI or WIFI was just a bit slow. Overall would be happy to try them again. "

"Not sure how "thin" the walls are. Heard a woman laugh next door. Used the hottub at my convenience but the next night it was locked. Comfy bed, heater makes popping noise."

"No one manned the lobby. It was difficult to get access to the room. There is no air conditioning so the unscreened window had to be open to get it cool at night to sleep. It was across from a noisy outdoor restaurant so ear plugs were necessary to get to sleep."
