"Breakfast was as good if not better than many of the top hotels. The lighting in the room (121) was too dim. The bathroom did not have enough flat surfaces to hold all the toiletries. Staff were excellent and very attentive. I would use the hotel again and would recommend it highly."

There was work going on while we were there which was a minor inconvenience but the room we stayed in was the real let down. Dated and uncared for. The bathroom was poorly finished and the shower was not the cleanest. The flooring was lifting and squishy in places and the room itself smelt of damp. "Lovely greeting at reception and quickly got me sorted and to my room. Comfortable and spacious enough room for me - desk a little small to work from on my laptop. Clean room and bathroom. Food in the restaurant was good and the breakfast was spot on. Great location, very central but no noise at all overnight."
