"Breakfast was as good if not better than many of the top hotels. The lighting in the room (121) was too dim. The bathroom did not have enough flat surfaces to hold all the toiletries. Staff were excellent and very attentive. I would use the hotel again and would recommend it highly."

"Rating based entirely on the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff and the fantastic spa facilities. There was work going on while we were there which was a minor inconvenience but the room we stayed in was the real let down. Dated and uncared for. The bathroom was poorly finished and the shower was not the cleanest. The flooring was lifting and squishy in places and the room itself smelt of damp. We had lovely three nights and enjoy our stay the only thing i thought need improvement us the poole showers did not have soap tp get the chlorile off your skin ,appart from this little things we had a lovely stay and we will be using the hotel again when we visit Weymouth again "

"Had a really lovely stay. Slight mix up at reception when someone was already in our room but quickly resolved by reception and provided with a free drink. Room and hotel really lovely atmosphere and decoration. We had a dinner package which was great value. "
