A photo of front door would be helpful. The instructions for access could have been better by stating the ‘Lock box’ for the key to the apartment was outside the property by the front door. The lock box was also temperamental and difficult. Perhaps change the box and locate it by the door of the apartment. "

"The one bed room apartment i stayed in is very clean and tidy. The bed is very confortable; i had good night sleep in here. On the down side, i had to chase the email for checkin procedures. The phone number provided in the email confirmation is wrong. I tried to call , it goes to “the number you have called doesn’t exist “ I contacted expedia (booking agent) and they provided me with a email address of the property management. "We love coming to Sidmouth there is nice shop and tea rooms, book shops there is a nice big playground and the weather was very good warm for October/November and the best of all is this flat it's a nice sides it's got every thing you need and its got parking and iit very close to the shops and sea front we will be back next year "
