"Our first room had a roaches and smoke alarm was torn off the wall. The entire place smelled like marijuana. moved to a room on the other side of the building. The pool area was extremely crowded, they ran out of pool towels and the next morning they ran out of the advertised grab and go breakfast by 8:00 am. I will not be back. Although I do have to say the young woman at the front desk handled my complaints professionally and non combatively as possible. "
