"The room was nice. Unfortunately, there was a draft coming from the window. We would have reported it, however there was rarely anyone at the front desk. The staff, from what we could tell, was pleasant. However, they seemed surprisingly understaffed. Not sure if that's a budgeting concern, or if no one wants to work there.
