"I had a paid reservation at this Bed and Breakfast and when I arrived no one answered the door, or the phone. There were piles of snow blocking street parking and the walkway, and stairs were covered in snow and ice. I ended up having to make a reservation at the Embassy Suites."

"the staff were nice. the room was comfortable. the bathrooms especially the bathtubs were filthy with a couple bugs and spiders. for $115 a night, it should be spotless. the staff was not available at check in and do not give u access to the inside of the hotel during your stay. they accidently locked the door and i didnt know if i was going to get to my room or not. i didnt know if i was going to be able to check in or not due to staff not being there. "

"I was very upset we checked in and I paid for king handicap accessible suite they didn’t have and tried to put us on a 2 beds room and that’s not Greta for a couples night away my booking with hotels.com clearly showed what I booked she said they don’t even have those rooms anymore so you guys messed up "
