The staff are very friendly, checking in was a breeze all of the staff are attentive to our needs and thoughtful as well. Nam is the friendliest staff there! Good job Nam! The Ben Thanh market is a 3 minute walk from the hotel and the choices for food in the area are in abundance. The room is very comfortable. The only thing I would have to recommend for the room is that the safety deposit...

"Our 6 night stay at the Pullman was fantastic. The rooms are very stylish and comfortable, the whole resort has a great aesthetic and is perfectly clean.
