"A very nice hotel with a great pool and even better gym. The central location was very walkable, despite HCMC being a rather large city. There were tons of shopping, dining & sightseeing options nearby."

"Our family of four had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming, and special thanks to Oanh, Loc, Danh, and Quan for their exceptional hospitality. Everyone we met (including the cleaning team) was warm and accommodating. We appreciated the convenience of having our luggage stored after checkout, which allowed us to explore freely. When something broke in our room, the staff responded within minutes, showing their commitment to great service. The hotel's central location made it easy to enjoy everything nearby, and the free shuttle service to main attractions was a huge help in making our sightseeing effortless. We’d definitely return!"

"I really enjoyed staying at Mai House Saigon Hotel. The property is beautiful, the staff are kind and very attentive. The staff ensured my boyfriend could dine with no concerns with is peanut/tree nut allergy. They took extra steps to ensure no cross contamination and informed him what he should not eat. He felt very safe with Mai House Saigon hotel. The food options were great! This property has so many amazing amenities. I had an amazing massage by Jenny. She was very helpful and focused on all the tension in my neck, back, shoulders, and feet. I highly recommend Jenny! She was so personable and I enjoyed conversing with her after my massage. I can’t stress enough how beautiful this property is and their superb staff! From the concierge, waitresses, etc they made me feel at home. During our stay we booked a reservation to return the end of this year with our family. I give this property a 10/10!"
