"The stay okay. It is a pity they don’t offer room service. I was quite tired after I arrived and had to go to the restaurant to order something to eat because room service isn’t something they offer. Nevertheless, the stay was peaceful and comfortable."

"I don’t usually leave reviews, but I absolutely had to for this hotel — it was nothing short of magical. The decor felt like something straight out of Alice in Wonderland. Every corner is beautifully curated, with incredible attention to detail and a mix of modern and special antique furniture throughout. So much pattern and colour but still so elegantly done and perfectly styled. For the kids, the highlights were the giant gold spiral slide in the lobby, which they took down to breakfast every morning! They were also completely enchanted by the gorgeous carousel ride, which ran several times a day. On weekends, the fun continued with a dedicated children’s room filled with games and a mini cinema. There was always something for them to do. Everything has been thought of for families at this hotel. We couldn’t fault it and will absolutely return. Thank you for such a special stay. "
