"Our non-smoking room was in need of repair with peeling paints/molded bathroom. Both queen beds had strong smoking odor. 3 out of 4 times that we came out of the room, we ran into smokers congregating in the parking lot a few feet from our door."

"The property conditions and area around the property were a 4 because of the construction so it isn't a permanent thing. Didn't detract from the stay, but it was noticeable. Also, the eggs weren't my favorite but they were standard Continental breakfast eggs. I prefer my eggs a bit runny which is hard to do in a high volume scenario. Otherwise solid breakfast with great staff."
