"Good place to stay "

"Our non-smoking room was in need of repair with peeling paints/molded bathroom. Both queen beds had strong smoking odor. 3 out of 4 times that we came out of the room, we ran into smokers congregating in the parking lot a few feet from our door."

"Nice hotel and great price, my room was away from the road so very quiet, coffee maker, micro, fridge, complimentary breakfast and good TV, staff was very helpful. There is a restaurant with a bar on the property. 7/11 50 yards away. Ashland is a nice safe town. I left happy. "

"Fairly quiet although not in a quiet neighborhood. Front desk staff was great! Not using the shower as there is a number of spots in the tub that are in need of repair. Bathroom is very small. Bed is comfortable. Decent price on Expedia, but probably will not return. Parking lot has very small parking spaces."

"This place is clean. My room (112) was having a minor repair done on the floor. Not a big deal but some might be bothered. The mattress was compressed along the edge from lots of people sleeping on it, forming a trough. And, as I discovered, the walls are thin. The folks next to me were laughing, at a normal volume, but it was quite noisy through the walls. "

"The Edgewater Inn in Shady Cove, OR is clean, comfortable and well-kept. The only improvement I can suggest is streaming TV. The commercial-laden cable TV is a step back in time and has no "smart" functions to allow ad-free streaming using apps like Netflix or similar platforms."
