"We loved this place. It's a fantastic location close to Crater Lake. Although our cabin was close to the road it wasn't too noisy and the facilities inside surprised us. The bathroom was fine with a decent shower and the room facilities quite adequate. We stayed in cabin 9 which had 2 beds - a small double and a single, fridge and microwave and air conditioning, which was very welcome, if a little noisy. The outside seating area was lovely and the ice cream shop across the road not to be missed!...

"Of our week long drive from Mexico to Canada this was the absolute best stay. Excellent all round from the fabulous thick and luxurious towels in the bathroom to the wonderful staff and location. Top shelf service and facility for a very reasonable price. Will be looking for More Shilo Inn Suites to stay in on our next trip."

"We had a beautiful view! Stayed one night. We had a connecting room and the people next door were extremely noisy from 12:30am-6am so I got a bad nights sleep. I didn’t try reaching out since I’ve had bad experiences (retaliation) in the past. So I slept with my headphones on, sort of. The breakfast was decent. We left a couple things there and the staff was friendly and helpful in getting them back to us. Next time I’d ask for a non-connecting room."
