The reason why we love it so much because the rooms are a great big size, very comfortable beds, staff are very friendly and helpful, the breakfast buffet is very nice and thr ladies on spa facility is amazing. Its literally a high end spa. The only thing we didnt like about our visit this time was the change in spa rules: they wanted guest to come down in their bath robes and not use any of the lockers. I Tried to call your call center but the computer said to me that we could not speak to the call center until Monday. Than we chatted someone from your website than they called us . but if we don t speak English we could not communicate with someone.
