We love to stay at Almira. It will be our first choice in Bursa. We have been here 5 times. All the staff from the reception to the bell boys and spa staff are very friendly and very helpfull. Thanks to them all to make Almira a wonderful place to stay. We live the spa, it's the best thermal spa in Bursa and they have a spa and thermal only for woman. I love it. The food are very delicious in restaurant. We can recommend the place.

The staff was perfect, they went beyond what is normally expected. Valet service is ultra fast, room service is available 24/7 and is also ultra fast. The roof top restaurant had plenty of choices. Plenty of amenities but we enjoyed the Turkish bath and spa only.

Sweet cleaning staff Breakfast: very good, could have better bread and yoghurt, granola etc. Rooms: good size, beds too soft Spa: best and cleanest spa I have ever seen Rooftop restaurant: good vibe, outstanding desserts, shame about the weddings and parties being held there 2-3 times a week. It’s our second trip to Bursa , we chose Almira hotel this time and didn’t regret it. Hotel is very comfortable, stuff friendly , room was clean , breakfast is 10 out of 10, so delicious and various , we enjoyed Thermal pools so much , Spa has everything , there are different types of Sauna, etc …Position of hotel is so good - walking distance to the center , underground stop is very close , tram and bus stops , shopping mall is just 5 min walking distance. Easy to reach bus terminal as well , you can use taxi or bus or tram. We Highly recommend this hotel , and for sure will choose them again !

Best 5 star hotel!
This is the best 5 star hotel ive stayed in Turkey. Located 10min to shopping mall. Reception staff are extremely helpful, polite and professional. Rooms are a good big size with small double bed (we booked a twin room) and very nice, clean modern showrr facilities. The best part of the hotel is the ladies on spa (hijab friendly) which is full equipped with a sauna, steam room, thermsl pool and hammam. I like the added touch of the lockers that spa slippers and toiletries. They also have a hair saloon which i got a really lovely haircut by a lasy called Arzu. I would highly recommend a d come back again.
