She made the process very hard for us to checkin and said that if we don’t like it we can leave. She was rude and unhelpful. "

"A Turkish person said this was a 5-star hotel, which definitely is not. I'm not a hotel snob, and thought this was a very clean hotel but there were minor things like the way things were fixed were slabbed with caulking or not straight. Also, our bathroom shower drain backed up the whole 3 days we were there. The rooms smell like cigarettes even in non-smoking rooms. The food was pretty good and overall, the rooms were clean. Hotel staff was nice. This hotel is also located inside a university...

Staff is very attentive in many locations, namely ski rental equipment, restaurants but reception lacks the attention and persnal service to elevate the stay to higher standards. No special benefits were given to us that were ;promised on booking"
