"Quiet. "

"Very nice hosts, and great breakfast. The room was nice but tight. I can't remember if the pool is featured on the marketing material, but the pool is tiny and there's no poolside chairs or tables. This place is fine as long as you don't mind drives in thick traffic with lots of stop lights to the beach. Take the scenic route 90 into Fairhope -- that's excellent."

"Nice property, very clean & comfortable rooms. The check-in process was slow (10 people in line with only 2 counter persons working) & we got awakened after midnight by a roving band of young folks making noise. Also, 1 elevator was out of service & another was balky, so waits for the lift were long. Parking is convenient, the site is very close to downtown restaurants & the performing arts center. Overall a good stay that could have been better had the other guests been a little more...

"Enjoying the history related to this property. The courtyard is beautiful. The elevators were not working so this created added trips back and forth to the car to unload items. The sink stopper was missing and there was a lightbulb out in the bathroom. The staff were very pleasant and Apologetic about the elevators. "
