"Room new, large and clean. TV worked well without having to log into apps or whatever else other stays make you do. Never used WIFI. Our biggest complaint was with the King bed. Mattress very hard, lumpy and otherwise very uncomfortable. Was told at check out that mattress was fairly new. Also, we got a handicap room. My wife has some back problems. "This house gave us everything we were looking for. The location of this house is excellent. Easy access to all the things in the area. The private boardwalk to the beach is great, as you do not have to walk over the sand dune. The pool was nice but chilly ($500 to heat was a bit extreme for us). The elevator is really handy.
