"Mucho ruido, no se puede descansar bien si uno va de vacaciones. Las habitaciones dan al estacionamiento y ya desde las 7.30 AM se escuchaban las puertas de los baúles de los autos bien fuerte. Problema de la gente, pero el personal no les decía nada. Lo mismo con los ruidos en la escaleras de arriba cuando bajaban a desayunar. Realmente te despertaban!! todos los dias."

"Ótima hospedagem! Em 3 minutos eu estava na rua principal de Paraty e em 10 min andando tranquilamente eu estava na ponta do cais quase dentro do barco. Café da manhã ótimo e é uma das primeiras pousadas custo benefício que vou que há uma variedade boa de café da manhã. "This hotel is beautiful! our room was spacious, ocean view & poolside! It had a fridge, very good AC and a wonderful breakfast with made to order eggs! The staff were extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful. They even helped us to get a taxi back to São Paulo, which was a real challenge through normal channels. There are mosquitoes, as the grounds are very lush and green, so remember your bug spray. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! "

"The place needs total renovation! The walls of the room have mildew, the toilet was clogged, the water from the shower stall permeates through the whole bathroom floor, making everything wet. Breakfast is poor with only fruit a banana, breads are small and not crispy. Staff is nice and courteous"

"O hotel tem uma estrutura muito boa, porém precisa de melhorias. Mas o preço está sensacional pra região. Na frente do portão do hotel tem uma descida e já sai na praia João Fernandes. Pra mim é a melhor praia. Nessa região de búzios é a mais cara. Então o hotel não é luxo mas vale muito pelo preço. "

"We liked the shuttle from the airport. The driver was helpful, we didn’t even have to struggle with all our luggage. The staff were very helpful when we had a problem with the safe in the bedroom. We were able to enjoy a drink in the bar in pleasant tranquil surroundings. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others"

"Location was amazing near paulista avenue. Property itself has been updated and while the room and bathroom are cosy they serve well the purpose of a 3/4 day stay in Sao Paulo . Breakfast is ok , rather repetitive but a fresh egg station is a bonus. This is a value for money property and I would recomend staying here . Language can be an issue but if you are a google translate expert it works well .. and is applicable to Brazil in general. Staff do their job but I would not say they go above and beyond. "

Great location!!

"The hotel is very well located, close to Rua Augusta and Avenida Paulista. There’s an infinity of restaurants, bars, clubs, grocery stores and shopping within walking distance. The room is small but cozy and my room had a full bed and a twin bunk. The AC works well, the water is hot and the toilet is enclosed with its own door to allow for privacy. We parked at the hotel and it was pretty reasonable and very convenient. The hotel is very clean overall. I’ll be coming back for sure. "
