"We always stay at a springhill suites every time we travel. And the reason for that is the cleanliness and the spacious room. Now with that being said we do usually find something that doesn’t work and on this particular trip it was the blow dryer. No big deal I just let my hair air dry and let them know that it was broken at the front desk and a not on top of the dryer. "

"The indoor pool was closed for maintenance. Would have been nice to know before the trip. Everything was clean breakfast was good everyone very nice. Very outdated. Needs a remodel. Very 70s feel."

"Loved location. Quiet but not too far from town. Some improvements to amenities were needed. There were so many leaves on the steps, you could not see them. Should use a blower before guests arrive. Remotes for tv batteries dead on both tv's. Just suggesting to make cabin a little more welcoming. Host did not give any departure instructions so we weren't sure what to do."

"Check in was a bit of a cluster and the woman who checked us in was rude and not the most helpful, we had to ask someone else for help and directions on how to find our room. The room was spacious and the bathroom was wonderful, however having a pool view wasn’t the best, as the music from the pool was very loud. "
