"We drive to Texas from Wisconsin every year. This year we decided to go through Oklahoma instead of Arkansas. WE LOVED this hotel. We arrived after 18 hours of travel by car and literally, we all said WOAH! My husband has a disability with his leg so we always do accessibility rooms for the shower ease. "The door key would intermittently work and the AC wouldn’t work when we got there. Spoke with the concierge and she made new keys and fixed the AC herself, seemed to be a tripped breaker in the plug. Easy fix"
