"This hotel is VERY nice. Newer building, and our room was one of the nicer ones we've stayed in. We did have an issue with a noisy child running overhead. We contacted the desk and said we were willing to change rooms, but the associate in charge said that there was nothing she could do with our reservation because it was booked through a third party (hotels.com). This is something to keep in mind folks! My husband had some more words with the desk when it was time for bed and the noise...

"I have stayed here several weekends now. I live local but need to decompress sometimes and this place is perfect for it. It's always quiet and never had any issues. The front desk workers are always very frendly and rooms are always clean. I usually deal with the manger Heather when checking in and she always is a pleasure to deal with. Good price for a decent room. I'll continue my visits here! "

"The place needs some work and cleaning(swept)but overall alright. The bed was comfortable and clean. The kitchen, "commons area" and bathroom were alright but again need swept. The location is awesome. The view and trail into the forest is wonderful. The front stairs are a workout, as well as the driveway/parking hill in back. I saw no towels but didnt ask for any."
