"Luis was an amazing host. My 77 year old mom was fleeing to jax from Hurricane milton in ft. Myers. We have cats and she's allergic so we needed to find somewhere for her to stay. Luis didn't have the home listed as available for the 1st day but he called vrbo and was able to add the night so she could be safe. He was super communicative, and just so sweet. The home itself was bigger than expected, so clean, updated and just felt like home. A great place for her to be in this stressful time....

"This apartment was more beautiful in person than in the pictures. Deb was so nice and explained getting in to me with ease. She gave me great suggestions on things to do in the area with the kids. The bed was so comfy! I’ll definitely stay here again. Thank you!!"

"This was not a true listing. It put my husband and I in a terrible position. VRBO made us find our own arrangements the day that we arrived in the city. We were there for six nights and we’re out of pocket all six nights. VRBO did nothing to help us Tonya Nelson at Event One Pageants is a scammer. Do not do anything with her."

"Nice property and great location. Having said that, the unit lacked decent cleaning. The floors were dirty, we found a plastic fork and a used diabetic tester in the dining area. Also, the dishes were filthy and the coffee mug's still had residues along with the utensils. The unit wasn’t stocked with dishwasher supplies so we "
