"This was a disappointing stay. The accommodation and services I reviewed, booked and paid for were not what I got. First, I was unable to reach the owner prior to check in. When we arrived on time for check in, I was told the room was not ready and the owner was not thrilled that we brought our dogs, despite the listing describing this place as pet friendly. "The night clerk was very nice. But when I went to check out and get my deposit back. The manager spoke to him and he said excuse me I will be back. They both left and after about 10 minutes he came back and gave me my deposit. I did have my Chihuahua with me and she was crated and I also paid the $25 pet deposit. So the only thing I can conclude is that he was told to go check the room to make sure my dog didn’t mess it up in any way. "
