The service was great, hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The only issue we had was that the ice machine on the 3rd floor was out of service and the pillows were not of good quality. The hotel location is near all the shopping stores and restaurants. I would stay again if I ever visited Montgomery again and would just bring my own pillows.

This is a nice hotel in a busy area of Montgomery. It was surprisingly quiet and very clean.

The hotel was quiet but I believe there was low occupancy when we were there. However, even though I had checked in online the day before we had to wait 7-10 minutes to get our room key because someone had to check to see if the room was ready. We arrived exactly when I had indicated we would so I was puzzled by that. When we went to check out we had to wait at least 5 minutes for someone to show up at the front desk which was frustrating. The breakfast was also pretty bland. I’m not sure this is a place we will likely stay again even though we are in Montgomery a few times a year.

I loved the fact that the property is in an area where there are plenty of restaurants and retail stores. Also that it was tucked away from the main highway and access roads. There wasn't a lot of traffic noise heard from my room. Most of the staff was very friendly and helpful. The staff member in charge of breakfast was not very friendly. I would suggest that she be coached or have someone else with a friendlier demanor be placed in charge of breakfast. The breakfast could be improved upon. Some of the food was noticeably old and leftover. The coffee which is normally made svailable to guests all day was not. As a matter of fact, I was concerned that it was not being refreshed and leftover from the previous day as well. If these improvements are made, you could definitely get 5 stars.
