"This is a beautiful hotel, with very nicely decorated lobby and rooms. However, some updates are required: our mattress was not comfortable and seemed old with soft springs. Also, be aware there is a constant noise outside that was hard to block out with earplugs. "

"The property felt secure, and we felt safe. I appreciated that we were given a ground-floor room after I discussed physical limitations. We were sorry we didn't get a chance to use the pool, which was why this Inn was on our radar. I believe that my friend didn't get the friendliest service when she checked it. My check-in was fine. "The Inn is quaint, cozy and inviting. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Especially enjoyed dining in the Tavern...all the wait staff awesome! Highly recommend staying!!!"

"Property and room was beautiful but missing some key things that would make it convenient. For example, a valet, I had to park and take 2 separate elevators to get to my room with all my luggage! There was also no fridge in the room. For a 4 star hotel, I really didn’t think that it would be missing something so simple. Finally and not to sound nit picky, but I would also have preferred a full length mirror. Getting dressed and not knowing what I look like was annoying…I’m sure this is a complaint a lot of other women would have too because my friend in the room with me shared the same frustration. There was a half a mirror in a corner where u had to move furniture and turn sideways to use it. Which I’m sure wasn’t their intention. Otherwise, my stay was amazing!"
