This hotel has easy access to the primary highway in the area (84) and is close to the mall, restaurants, and a grocery store. It's a quiet area and felt safe. Google still has a terrible and outdated image of the hotel, but I can confirm that it has since been remodeled and for the most part you can't tell unless you're looking at tiny details. I'm well traveled, and have stayed at this property twice, and was happy to say that these rooms were immaculately clean! (Which is not always the case.) There are plenty of lights, charging ports, and plugs, and the rooms are spacious. Be prepared that there are no extra bed linens, but well-functioning temperature control, and the pillows are very flat, but you get 4 on a king size bed. I was not the only guest I saw ask for extra towels, as I'd only received one set for a 3 day stay with 2 people, and heads up, the towels are very small. Don't get excited about the free breakfast, it's very limited. The pancakes are made from a machine and are only palatable to kids who don't know any better. I didn't try the eggs or yogurt, but the bacon was like the thin microwavable kind. Also, danishes are only served on weekends lol. The rates were reasonable, the staff was friendly, the check-in and out was easy, and all in all it was a decent stay.

Great for the price!
Clean, everything worked, plenty of hot water and water pressure, staff pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was a bag with water, juice and junk food. The hotel is definitely old and worn, but still reasonably clean. We would not hesitate to book there again given the great low price.

Needed a quick overnight stop. Very run sown and showing its age. Bathroom counter had something on it but the bed was ok. Included "Breakfast" was a bad with a couple things in it.

The outside of the property was overgrown with weeds and very uninviting. The pictures on Expedia are misleading. The hotel is in desperate need of upgrades. We ended up checking out 2 hours after checking in because our rooms had bugs crawling in the sink, hair on the bathroom floor and the toilet didn't work properly. My 12 year old daughter said she would rather sleep in the xar than in the building. Not recommended!

Dirty surfaces, busted smoke detector that decided to start beeping periodically at 11:30 PM. Took Maintenance almost 2 hours to get there to repair the issue. They stopped the noise but proceeded to duct tape the unit to the ceiling which fell down and was hanging there. Whole place smells like marijuana, the grounds look like it’s an abandoned hotel. I will not be staying here again and I suggest everyone reading this stays elsewhere.

really lousy experience. Everything wrong. A closet but no hangers. Lousy pillows, uncomfortable bed. TV dating back to '90s; I turned the volume all the way up but still couldn't hear unless standing a couple of feet away. Subpar breakfast. Vending machines but mostly empty slots. Woken up 6am by people fighting. 1 star.

I basically think this property is obviously a different brand hotel that went out of business and a family bought it to run and haven’t done anything for it since. The wallpaper is coming off the walls, they painted the bathroom counters, there's no light in the shower, just basically a lot of not good cosmetic things. Our sheets/towels were clean, but for how much they advertise against smoking in rooms ($250 fee) it smells like straight up smoke. We only stayed because the hotel was inexpensive compared to the others in the area, should've realized it would've been a cheap quality experience.
