"Don't let the old outside exterior fool you. We were the first to stay in a recently renovated room and it was very nice. All the things you need (comfortable bed, fridge, microwave, nice shower, etc.). We also found the owners to be extremely friendly, accommodating, and immediately responded to any needs. Only downside is it a bit of a drive from downtown, but very close to Cornell. "

"The front staff was very friendly. Breakfast area was clean. Our room was almost great with the exception of the bathroom and the mattress on the pull out sofa. Our room was a handicapped room so the shower was even with the floor. There was a thin, clean plastic stripe on the floor to prevent water from flowing over the entire floor which was in need of replacing, it was black underneath it at the corners and beyond. "This hotel was spacious. The staff were friendly and helped solve issues (.e.g refrig wasn't turned on when we arrived, but easily fixed through instructions). Beds comfortable. Lovely full breakfast in the morning. The only strange thing was that the hot water knob in the bathtub was on the right with cold on the left. Labels would be nice. We figured it out after a period of thinking we had no hot water. "

"Overall GREAT Experience, this may be my "I had too much of regular life, time to get away for a night or two" spot.
