"The view over the lake was spectacular for sunsets and especially full moon! The place was spotless and had everything we needed, with very comfortable furniture. Could use a small step stool to get into and out of the bed, and maybe a small half door across the stairs for safety, especially at night. "

"Group of 6 recent graduates returned to Ithaca and enjoyed our stay in the Fall Creek neighborhood. For the Ithaca housing and short-term rental market, this was one of few available options in the Downtown Ithaca area and provided a very pleasant stay. The host provided plenty of linens and answered all of our questions. Home could have been slightly cleaner but that is only a mild con. Perfect to sleep 6 (could even squeeze a few more if needed) and would recommend to anyone! "

"Excellent property and facilities fun by highly trained hotel management students from Cornell. Superb communication and attention to details. Couple of things that stood out for our family: (1) Rooms were cleaned and organized every day as if it was a new occupancy. Coffee, condiments and water replenished to its original levels. Design of toilets and amenities were thoughtful for example shower controls were indented to avoid getting wet while controlling temperature. Thoughtful bathroom amenities that were of pristine quality. (2) Room size was spacious and space efficiently utilized. Plenty of storage space. (3) Customer support and service was par excellence - they fulfilled a special request for airport drop off 15 min ahead of their regular schedule. They had our luggage ready, loaded and seeked us out from a corner of the lounge where we were engrossed in deep conversation completely oblivious of the time. All in all a superb relaxing time for the family on a mission to tour the university. This was our first trip to Ithaca and hope to visit again. "
