"Stayed in the Annex as disabled family room was required and could not have asked for more. Spacious comfortable and had all the requirements that were needed for our wheelchair user. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was warm and clean with comfortable beds. Breakfast was lovely too."

"Stayed here for two nights.Good location in Newcastle close to all local amenities. Didn’t really get to use any of the hotel facilities as we were out all day/night but all looked very good. Room was nice decent size, serviced daily. Staff were friendly. Arrived early and room was ready so that was very good. "
