"We stayed here for 2 nights. First of all the pin on the map is in the wrong location, it’s actually down a dodgey side road of South Ruislip station. The substantial deposit was paid directly to them, not a typical hold charge on the card. Had an issue with the parking, a car was in our space & when we asked about it, they said park anywhere & it would be sorted the next day. "I always find these apartments a great location for my work & with parking available even better. I arrived to a warm apartment but with a fan in the room & turned on, which was appreciated. The electric charging in the car park was not working so I was unable to charge my vehicle, I had this issue last time & noticed that no one else was charging. A suggestion of improvement would be to include which building you are in by talking about the car park, if you arrive by car it isn’t always...
