"I’ve had some issues with this hotel in the past but decided to give them another chance as the view and the location are fantastic. On arrival I was not happy with this room so I went to reception and I met a wonderful lady who is the reception manager and her name is Gift. Not only did she allay all of my concerns but she also made it her personal attention to look after me which was so very satisfying. I was moved to a suite which was very generous. I could not be happier with the service this time around and in particular attention from Gift. I would have no hesitation returning and starting again. My room was very grand an extremely palatial living up to its name. I could not be happier"
