Et the back of the property is a real gem of a restaurant called Andre's, that man knows how to cook and the plat du jour is always superb 3 courses for under 300 baht. Baht bus is 10 Baht to either Pattaya or Jontiem and there is one every two minutes from the main road outside the Hotel. Cleaners were great (Tell them that you will put some small change on the dresser as a tip each day 20 baht. if you dont tell...

"A regular visitor to this hotel. There was a terrible smell from the drains in bathroom which was most unpleasant. Ongoing problem with Zing now over several years. The sewer system needs a major upgrade now ...but will it happen???"

The hotel is down a small lane and away from the noise and a short walk is required t get to it .rooms have don't have views and are simply appointed but when u compare price and value they are favourable .U have to pay 500 deposit for the key in cash ."
