"Friendly English speaking helpful staff. I'm not sure why the reviews are so negative. The room （superior）was comfortable and clean. The pool is huge, but needs some repairs and cleaning. Water was clear. They're doing some fixing up in the hotel. The bar/food place at the pool was closed during my visit as well no breakfast was offered, due to offseason. The hotel is next to a 7-11 and backs to sunee plaza. A few minutes walk to the main Pattaya areas. I will stay again. On the booking apps...

"I liked that the room was clean and bed was comfy. Staff was extremely friendly and polite. However, no provision of tooth brush and toothpaste. Bath tub was average but water was not hot enough to have a nice bath and shower. The pool design lacked any sunlight throughout the day and pool water was very cold. Thought the breakfast could have some changes as everyday was exactly the same thing and insufficient western options. "

Sauna Steam room Pool table Safe in room Shower curtain Robes and slippers in deluxe room A variety of breakfast "buffet" Overall you get what you pay for, barely. And certainly not what you're told you'll get on the website. All photos are old and the place has not been maintained well since they were taken. Very dissapointing indeed. "
