"This is the 2nd time I’ve stood at this resort. I highly recommend it. Staff is great. Kirin who works at the front desk remembered me and was just as helpful as the 1st time. "I liked that the room was clean and bed was comfy. Staff was extremely friendly and polite. However, no provision of tooth brush and toothpaste. Bath tub was average but water was not hot enough to have a nice bath and shower. The pool design lacked any sunlight throughout the day and pool water was very cold. Thought the breakfast could have some changes as everyday was exactly the same thing and insufficient western options. "

"This is the most horrible experience!! I booked this hotel online and my booking was accepted. The hotel withdrew the money almost immediately after my booking. A couple of days prior to my arrival date, I sent several emails to hotel management asking the hours to use the pool but I never received any responses.
