"Great communication from the staff. We knew exactly what to expect upon arrival. The apartment was precisely as advertised. Clean and tidy, comfortable, and secure. The area around the property (Koreatown) was alright, not unsafe but nothing too exciting for exploring. Very good location geographical for catching the bus (directly outside) or the metro (5-10 North). Uber rides from Downtown or Echo Park only cost $13. I would definitely rent this apartment again!"

"Clean room with comfortable bedding, shower amenities, and a selection of Keurig coffee and tea. It was close to LAX and the staff was friendly and helpful. Velisa checked us in and she was able to get us a room earlier than we expected, which was really appreciated after a long day of travel! We will certainly return."
