"The staff are very nice and helpful. The front desk gentlemen was so helpful at check in. The hotel is a bit older, has a few maintenance issues but the most important thing is its very clean and comfortable beds and pillows. I have stayed a few times when I travel to Ann Arbor for work. The price was decent."

"We decided to stay overnight in Ann Arbor following a New Year's Eve celebration rather than drive home directly. This EVEN hotel located near entrance to I-94 was a perfect selection. Easy check-in. Our 4th floor room overlooked the front entrance and parking lot. Our room was clean and spacious (with an exercise area and some equipment), the bed comfortable, and a big-screen TV. Nice walk-in shower. We enjoyed breakfast in the hotel restaurant before heading home. "

"Everyone was nice at the checkin. Went to coffee shop in morning and the young man had attitude and acted like he didn’t want to be there. Not sure why a nice hotel would want someone with no personality waiting on customers. Perhaps a behind the scenes job would be better for him"

"The property is conveniently located right on Briarwood Mall. The only thing I don't like is how loud the room doors are when they close. I can hear other doors from our room and there were times that I woke up from the noise. "

"It was fantastic! The room layout was great. I left there and went to a Marriott in Knoxville that has a terrible room lay out, no desk room no dresser drawer space, and a chair that faces the bed. And I can't enjoy any time out of the room because even though the lobby is nice, they Blair the music so loud I can't stay out there. I wish I was back at the Sheraton in Ann Arbor. Thank you for a great stay."

"The room was extremely clean and the staff was exceptional! We visited family from California for Christmas and my wife’s birthday and the staff even took the extra effort to decorate our room for my wife and allowed me to have all of her presents delivered to the hotel for her. It was wonderful how well the helped me plan everything and took such wonderful care of us. Thank you for making it pleasant!"
