Rooms were clean. The tub had lost a bunch of glazing and was a little gross *looking* but was kept pretty clean. Something was up with the heating/cooling in our room and it was like 80 degrees in there no matter what we did. Staff was super friendly. Would stay again

Nice, modern hotel with a great breakfast selection for the whole family. It is well located near the University of Michigan athletic facilities and was easy to find off the highway.

Requested ADA room, moved into it despite a sewage smell, then discovered the extremely wet carpeting outside of the bathroom. We were offered the room next door, moved into it at 9pm and checked out the next morning rather than stay 2 more planned days. Staff were polite and a discount was offered but first room should never have been assigned to us. We moved to another Marriott property closer to town center.

The location is safe, the room was quiet, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was well stocked. The electric plug next to the vanity didn’t work, and the toilet had a very slow flush otherwise I would rate higher. Overall, it was a great place to stop on my road trip for a nights rest, many food options nearby.

Not bad for the price, but you get what you pay for. It’s basically a nice motel. No housekeeping services for a 2 night stay, but staff was friendly and there is free breakfast.

Property itself is renovated, clean an and well maintained. Free breakfast is good. Staff is good and kind. Only two issues I saw were that we stayed there for three nights, and room service only came once, not sure why. And the side walks in surrounding area had overgrown trees and grass

I made an reservation for a regular room, but ended up I was given an accessible room which is not what I reserved. I checked in around 7:30 pm. And the front desk told me all sold out and this is the last room available. I am wondering if hotel can't honor what customer chooses, why they put all different category rooms for people to choose? Everytime I book through expedia and encounter fully booked situation, we are always assigned to handicap room. Not sure what's the policy from hotel to deal with expedia reservation?
