"We were unfortunately in a car accident that totaled our truck and upon arrival had learned we were randomly selected for a room upgrade, I have never been more thankful, appreciated and appreciative of the amazing staff, facility and room! "Strong smell of air freshener as you walk into the lobby. I stay here often and I typically have to hold my breath as I walk through the lobby because it is so strong. Additionally, the showers intermittently put out scolding hot water without notice. This could be dangerous for children"

"Great staff, first and foremost. The rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast left a little to be desired as a menu and the odd setup made it difficult to and awkward to prepare your meal. But again, the staff was amazing. "

"Exactly as described! Great communication and location. Came to town for Michigan basketball game and we loved how close the apt wasTo everything. We had our 4 year old granddaughter with us so we also loved exploring the neighborhood and having dinner at Thompsons on the main floor. With a restaurant below, we were surprised we didn’t hear anything. Great security for the bulletin too! Would highly recommend and definitely stay again!!!"

Great Location, Apartment Well Equipped

"We really enjoyed this unit. Upon arrival our assigned parking spot was taken, this was frustrating but was resolved within 60 minutes. The building is great, old and rustic with a dedicated parking lot and restaurants/shops all within 1-2 blocks (coffee shops, pizza, grilles, market).It's a very well equipped unit, host had all the supplies and enough to last us the entire two weeks (which is rare). This included laundry detergent, bath tissue, paper towels, coffee, spices, etc.The building was accessible with an e-keypad and the building has an elevator which made suitcase and grocery hauls super easy. The door to the unit is also a e-keypad so no keys, a plus!TIP: The thermostat and control panel are located in the great room. The great room has 3 windows and in the winter, it's much colder than in the bedrooms. So while the heat is on, it's heating to the temperature of the great room and the 2 bedrooms are without windows (just skylights). Therefore, it would get 5 degrees hotter in our bedrooms than the temp in the great room. Changing the thermostat every morning and every evening was part of the daily routine, but it did not damper the stay. We'd stay again. "

"We had a nice stay During our recent trip to visit our son at the University of Michigan, the apartment was nice and clean. The beds were comfortable. The free parking on weekends was appreciated. Since our main focus was seeing our son, we did not explore the area much. Overall, we did enjoy our stay. It was a little noisy on Saturday night, but not enough to interfere with our sleep."

Weekend football & fun with family

"Property & parking were exactly as promised. The apartment was very clean. The beds were already made up for us upon arrival. There were plenty of towels. Paper products, shampoo, conditioner & soap were provided. There was even coffee & filters. I so appreciated this place within walking distance to activities & restaurants. This was my first time in this area for UM football with my grandson. I would love to return & would recommend this place to everyone. "
