"I was sent a check in email a day before. I went online and requested early check in (1pm) if available. On our way, I got an email at 9am saying our room was ready. We did not arrive until later so I am not sure if we did have access to the room then but when we got there, the keys were ready and all. Everyone was very friendly, free breakfast had great options, and location was great. Would definitely stay there again. "
