"Comfortable hoyel stay in south Jakarta. The Elite lounge was great value and gave us a quiet place to meet. There is a full range of amenities plus live music in the lobby. There is a shopping centre with great supermarket 7 min walk away. We will stay here again on our next visit"

"The hotel consists of one or two bedroom apartments in central Jakarta. The apartment was serviced daily and the staff very friendly. However there was no cooking utensils at all, just 2 glasses,2 plates, and bowls , and 2 sets of fork and spoons. There is no dishwashing liquid or tea towels. Quite ridiculous seeing as there is a full gas hot plate The towels and sheets were great but a bit of mould in the shower. Fully air conditioned and a balcony too. It just needs a bit of maintenance but...

"The first Room didn't to my expectations after I mentioned the issues to the reception, they offered to move to a better room which I accepted, the new room was satisfactory and accepted their apology. In the end, everybody is happy. Well done Kristal Hotel staff, certainly will stay there again. Thank you. "

"Hotel is walking distance to an IT MALL, and that's it. there are some small shops selling food and road side food stalls. The nearest mall would be Pondok Indah Mall. Staff were alright - nothing special. I am surprised i need to request for a hair dryer for my 4 days stay there. It took me more than 2 hours to get a hair dryer. In fact, the initial call was greeted with a "sorry, we don't have any more hair dryer.".... I was like....Durh....This is not acceptable! Finally, they...
