Stay away from room 1010
At firts, we booked a room with a balcony, hoping that it would be a nice outdoor view ( room 1010). Turned out, the room was so noisy, poor sound proof that we couldnt sleep at night. We filed a complaint and moved to room 1115 (downgraded) with much better sound proof. Overall, it is a new clean hotel and located at strategic location, next to Citos Mall. Tip: stay away from balcony room as it has no sound proof whatsoever.

First 5 star hotel in the area with club lounge!
This property sets a new standard within the property’s area. I was staying in the elite rooms thus i have the access to the club lounge which serves good teatime and evening cocktails. I am amazed with the sheer amount of marbles they use within this property. It is on luxury class!

"I think it's very different for everyone, but if you want to experience real Indonesian life, this place is perfect. The hotel is really good, but the nearby area can be a little dangerous, so you need to adapt properly. There is a subway station near the hotel, which is very convenient. You don’t need to worry about the water; it’s clean."

初めての宿泊ということでアップグレードされた部屋に。豪華で清潔、5星に近い部屋に宿泊出来、とても良かった。朝食も充実しており、スタッフも親切。部屋のミネラルウォーターは消毒再利用の瓶詰めの物だったため、ペットボトルであれば安心かつ持ち出し出来るので、尚良かったなと思いました。
