"Nice brand new building with well equipped apartments. Check-in process is not very straightforward though and we had to contact the company many times for different issues during the process of pre-check-in and check-in. Apartment was not ready at 3pm. Also parking is very expensive and on top of that they want you to remove the car as soon as you check out so you can’t spend the day and collect car later which is a shame and very unusual."

"Lovely, clean, comfortable apartment, perfect for a short stay in Brighton. Will definitely stay here again. Can’t recommend Regency Sq underground car park, however, as our car was broken into and trashed inside. We weren’t the only ones to suffer that experience either. "

"We have chosen the olace due its good location in Brighton - very close to train station (5 mins) and close to all the things you need (groceries,restaurants, etc). "A perfectly situated flat in the heart of Brighton; well maintained, clean and comfortable. Our host was fabulously attentive and answered all our questions very quickly, and was extremely approachable. The flat is literally on the doorstep of shops restaurants bars and the beach! A great little getaway for a fabulous few days! The perfect find! We will definitely be back and I would highly recommend it to anyone. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable and stress free."

"We had a lovely stay at Julie’s place. She was a great host, eg sorting out some toys for the kids. The place was as expected, a lovely compact two-bed flat with very nice furnishings etc. It’s a basement/ground floor flat so there is a bit of footfall noise from the place upstairs - no other noise but worth being aware of if that kind of thing bothers you. "This home away from home is perfect. I don’t even know where to start… the garden flat is in a quiet beautiful location just a very short easy bus ride from downtown. The hosts have gone above and beyond providing every amenity you need and many you never knew you did. There were many small thoughtful touches added. A welcoming vase of fresh roses, a package of biscuits beside the coffee just made us feel warm and welcome after a long journey. It was easy to contact the hosts when we needed too....

"The apartments are lovely, and have everything you need; washing machine, microwave, toaster, oven etc. The only thing that would stop me coming again, is the exorbitant price charged for dogs. £20 per dog PER NIGHT! We have 2 small dogs, staying for 5 nights which would be an extra £200 on the bill! We queried it, and they reduced it to £15 per dog per night. But that is still an extra £150.
