"I had booked this hotel for my parents and uncle/aunt. When they reached the hotel, the receptionist/manager said there was no booking. This was a pre paid booking. When I tried to talk to the manager, he refused to talk to me. When I called hotels.com agent and when she tried to do a three ways call, the manager yet again refused to talk. "I’ve been here multiple times and it’s a must to go hotel if you are in shollinganallur. The staffs are amazing and are respectful. I can’t point out a single problem with this place or facilities or services or the staffs. "

"Lack of amenities, also there were not many options for breakfast or even normal food, also there were no tea or coffee packets present in the room, because of covid norms (as they said), but I assume Rs10 per room won't save their expenses. Also drinking water should be packed bottles in these covid times. "

"Only there for a few short hours as an overnight for early airport departure. Only room service was used which was quick and nice. Rest of hotel new & clean but having doors in bathroom for both shower and toilet was inconvenient and unnecessary."
