"Cleanliness of the hotel was shocking for a hotel considered 4.5*. The bedsheets, headboard and sofa were dirty. Despite asking for clean sheets, there were none available and we were relocated to a different room. Whilst the second room was nicer, the bathrooms in both rooms need to either be cleaned properly and thoroughly, or be refurbished. Food options were limited and room service was not great. Overall, the hotel was a great disappointment."

"This very pretty budget option is a hidden gem. The greenery at the property and the warm lighting gives this cosy vibes. Basic amenities like AC, a clean bathroom and a TV were available.
