"I had booked this hotel for my parents and uncle/aunt. When they reached the hotel, the receptionist/manager said there was no booking. This was a pre paid booking. When I tried to talk to the manager, he refused to talk to me. When I called hotels.com agent and when she tried to do a three ways call, the manager yet again refused to talk. Radisson GRT Airport stay

"Everything about our one night stay was wonderful. Wished we could have stayed more. We really enjoyed the casual dining bar and the pizza's. We were not giving the gold card at checkin and therefore missed the various offers. The Assistant catering manager at the bar was excellent and was very apologetic. He took time out to speak with us and explain. The service to the airport in the morning at 4.15am was excellent including the porterage and the car. Thank you Radisson yet again but wished we could have had the free leg massage after a 6 hour journey! "
