The location is very convenient, with many nearby restaurants, and grocery stores, and a quick 10 minute walk to the South Bank parklands, 25 minutes walk to downtown. The area felt very safe, and we enjoyed using the pool and BBQ area amenities. The only thing to note is that there are limited supplies provided (enough for 2 dishwasher and 2 laundry loads) and no basics such as oil, salt, or pepper, so if you're booking for a longer stay or planning...

"Very easy to get to and free on site parking. The apartment I stayed in was a bit dated but clean. The restaurant on site is incredibly good value. Very short walk to the cultural precinct and the south Bank Parklands. Train and bus services also very close by. "
