This property was extremely convenient and within walking distance to South Bank - especially with a young child. Staff were all super helpful and polite. Hotel was clean and rooms were suitable for our needs.

Stayed for a couple of nights before trip back to UK. Checking in and out quick and easy. Pool great chair cushion covers could do with a wash. Allowed to use pool facilities after checking out was very useful. Good location for walkung around and near to airport.

Television reception was dreadful, could not watch anything for 3 days without constant interference. Shelf is n shower totally up n wrong position & glass door to shower bangs back onto toilet. Overhead lights directly over bed like a torture chamber. Badly positioned & designed

Lovely stay, we enjoyed it. Shower leaked though and they were weird about plastic bags, I wanted one for the bathroom. TV was great, decent size and full Foxtel available. We loved this! We would stay again.

Staff were friendly and very helpful, and room was good value for money. Location cannot be beat. The only drawback (and this is for people with mobility issues or wheelchairs) was that the accessible room door was heavy (good for soundproofing) and was difficult to open while using a wheelchair or other mobility devices.
